New year, new gin!
To celebrate New Zealand Gin Day on 24 January, a bunch of NZ distilleries have come together to create the 2026 NZ Gin Day Souvenir Gin. Each of us contributed a botanical, and this year the National Distillery Company lead the charge as master distillers and brought it all together beautifully.
A classic London Dry base with lemon and yuzu up front, backed up by chamomile, thyme and horehound (our contribution) softening things out. Fresh, bright, and properly summery.
Made with; Yuzu, lemon, thyme, horehound, chamomile, horopito, coriander seeds, orris & angelica root - and juniper.
