A Gold Medal Moment for our Finders Gin

Well, this feels pretty special.

We’ve just been awarded a Gold Medal for our Finders Gin at the 2025 NZ Gin Competition.

For a new wee distillery tucked away in the back blocks of Central Otago, this is a pretty proud moment! We're pretty chuffed to see it recognised among some of New Zealand's finest gins.

Our Finders Gin really is our story in a bottle - wild botanicals foraged from up in the hills coupled with spring water from the Omeo Gully, all hand crafted by a group of friends and the long Central Otago days spent crafting something honest and a little bit magical.

This Gold Medal is a milestone — but it’s also a nudge to keep doing what we love: crafting small-batch spirits that honour where they come from.

WELL THIS IS A LITTLE BIT EXCITING!

We’ve just picked up a silver medal for our Omeo Vodka and a bronze for our Finders Gin at the NZ Spirits Awards!

The Omeo’s always been our unsung hero – clean, smooth, and quietly doing her thing – so we’re pretty chuffed she’s finally getting the recognition she deserves. And our Finders Gin? She’s been doing us proud from day one with her bold botanicals and distinctive flavour.

It feels pretty special to see the spirits we know are good getting noticed – especially alongside some of the big players in the game. Not bad for a little distillery that’s only been up and running for four months!

This feels like a bit of proof that we really are crafting miracles from not a lot.
