You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol from our website, as per New Zealand law. By placing an order, you confirm that you and the recipient of the goods are of legal drinking age.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
All prices are in NZD and include GST.
We accept payment via credit and debit card.
Orders are confirmed only after payment is received.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be processed as per our refund policy.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We deliver within New Zealand only.
Delivery will be carried out as soon as we can process your order, normally within 5 business days of ordering. All customer orders are carefully wrapped to ensure that products arrive safely and undamaged.
Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 5-7 business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or external factors.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
We do not accept returns on alcohol unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue.
Refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion.
